Nancy was my best friend for 42 years, and I know that she was not perfect, as none of are, but she was the perfect wife for me. We know that Christ promises to perfect us in heaven. I could write many memories, and collectively they would reflect the joy that she brought me. All that I ever was, all that I am, and all that I'll ever be, I owe to her. Thanks to everyone who chooses to sign and offer comments in this guest book. Jeff
I am so sorry for your loss. I graduated with Nancy from HEHS. I had lost touch with her as to where she ended up living. After viewing the pictures, it looks like she had a wonderful life surrounded by family and friends. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Mary Ann Harshbarger Nash
Jeff and family, Beverly and I knew Jeff and Nancy as friends in the early to mid 1970's. We visited and took short day trips together; lived in the same neighborhood. Beverly and I moved to Tulsa; Nancy and Jeff gave us going-away gifts. Imagine my surprise to meet them again, about 30 years later in Korea! They heard I was "in town" and came to visit. This was about 2004. A special visit. And later, Jeff came to work on a project with me in 2005-2006. Nancy was a special person. A person who will not be forgotten. Will be missed!
So sorry about Aunt Nancy! I know it might be hard to find peace, but she is now pain free and in Heaven! Hopefully she is catching up with my Dad, and want to think they are not allowed to argue with each other:)
Also sorry I cannot make it to Houston, George is having ear surgery on Monday , but please know you all have been in my heart and prayers for week.
I enjoyed looking at all of the pictures and great memories--dear cousins we do not see each other enough but it is nice to have facebook to keep up with pictures and children. Love to everyone! Amy (Protzman) Chisholm C.R., Thomas & George
Great pictures and a lot of memories. She'll be missed by a lot of people and she had a great family to be proud of. I wish we could be there, but I'm going to be deployed to Guam by the end of the week. God bless.
Margo and Tom Green Nancy and Jeff are neighbors of ours on Venice Dr. here in Bella Vita. I enjoyed playing bridge with Nancy on many occassions. We will miss seeing her on her bike and with her dogs. She had such a beautiful smile. God has taken her home where there is no more pain. God bless you. Margo
I don't even know how to begin to know what to say. It is so hard to be comforted at this point, but having all the children and grandchildren around helps. I am so truly sorry for your loss and I am praying for hyou constantly. Helen Louise Hulett Kegley

Dana & MaryJo Miller - North Royalton, Ohio 4/21/2012
Jeff & Family: We are so sorry to learn Nancy has passed. I Dana have known Nancy since Jeff & I were classmates at the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering. Nancy put up with the endless hours of studying & projects Jeff & I worked on for school during the first years of their marraige. I was honored that Jeff served as best man in my wedding. We kept in touch over the many years since & I always enjoyed reading the personal Christmas letters Jeff would write faithfully to me every year. It was great to hear of Jeff & Nancy's life together especially the years they spent overseas & all the exotic places they got to visit. It was in one of those letters some years ago I learned of Nancy's diagnosis. We were fortunate to be able to meet several times over the years in Ohio & Texas. MaryJo & I were able to show Jeff & Nancy the sites of Cleveland a few years ago which was an especially fun time. Our last meeting was some 4 years ago in Texas when both Jeff & Nancy showed me some of the sites of greater Houston &nd their beautiful new home while i was in town for business. Thank you Nancy for being part of a lifelong solid friendship. We will miss your smile, hospitality & that great southern Ohio accent!
We were fortunate to knowNancy, even though a short time. She was a beautiful person, inside and out. We will miss her. Our prayers go to you and your family.
Jeff and Family, I will always cherish the memories of Nancy from the days when we both lived in Huntington Village. We walked, rode bicycles, and attended the same church. Nancy showed a strong faith from the time I met her and I know that the Lord welcomed her home with open arms. True friends remain in our hearts and thoughts forever and Nancy you will always be in mine. My prayers go out to Jeff and family during this difficult time.
We engineers are so sure of ourselves and are sure that we can come up with solutions for every problem, then... we're helpless. There are no doctors we can get to save our loved ones, "In my hand no price I bring, Simply to Thy Cross I cling"
We are so shocked and do offer heart-felt condolences. To lose a wife, the Mother of your children, the love of your life, I can "Only Imagine" the sorrow you and your family are enduring.
We have so many fond memories of Nancy and you over in Okpo, at the Church, on our trip to China where I tried to get a McDonald, down at Ingleside, in Houston, and when y'all visited us in Sun City. Nancy and Dianne had such good times. Nancy and Rosie came to Austin to comfort Dianne when I was in the hospital, so thoughtful and appreciated.
Miss Nancy is in "His Presence" as we comment on her Celebration Blog...God Bless
Jeff, I know losing a spouse is always difficult, but knowing she is with our Lord and Savior helps get through the difficult times. I know you, your children, and grandchildren will miss Nancy tremendously.
I remember our early days at Exxon and the enjoyable times we had. Then very recently, your retirement marked another major milestone in your life. I still remember talking to Nancy at your retirement luncheon, so it's hard to believe she has passed away.
Wishing you well as you make adjustments in your life. God bless you and your family.
Jeff, Family, So sorry to hear that you have lost your wife and best friend. I pray that God will cover you and your family with his mercy and his grace and keep you in the palm of his hand to see you thru this time of heartbreak. It is so seldom that two people meet and have the lifetime of Love and sharing that I read you two had together. Such a blessing to know that you will have these wonderful memories....God Bless you and your family....Vickie Crump Nease
Janet and I were very sad to hear that Nancy is no longer with Jeff but with our Lord. We have fond memories of knowing Nancy during the time that Nancy, Jeff and their children lived in England. We remember the good times we had visiting one another's homes and the day trips to some of our favourite places including Hampton Court palace, the Bluebell railway and the old homes at Singleton. We pray that Jesus will be a source of comfort and strength to Jeff and all the family at this time.
Jeff & Family, Jarvis & I were so sorry to hear about your loss. Nancy was a sweet, kind, loving & wonderful lady. I will remember her forever. We still talk about the recliner you & Nancy shipped out to us in Korea..Korea is the place I remember the good times with Nancy.I remember the last time I visited with nancy was in Rockport. Yall came down to visit & we met at Back Forty restaurant.( And we are still here) We feel blessed to have known Nancy even if it were only for a short time. God Bless you & your family, Delores & Jarvis Breaux

Dear Jeff We enjoyed the invite to the Hulett's home while you & nancy were posted in Kuala Lumpur. We recalled the BBQ dinner and most importantly the great time. And when it was our time in Houston, Tx, to be invited to the Jeff Hulett's retirement at The Woodlands ... and to chat with Nancy and catching up good times. She will definitely be missed ... and God will bless you and your family. Chee and Annie.

From a Sympathy Card from Martha and Jimmy Theiss, Dear Jeff and Family, Nancy was the strong silent type but she loved her family LOUD! She seemed to glow when she talked about her children. When I saw Nancy, I knew she loved deeply. Try to keep her memory alive with those grandchildren. My grandaughter was 2 when her grandma died. My daughter made a book of pictures and they "read"it to her sometimes for a bedtime story. Now she is 4 and just the other day she saw a cardinal and said "Grandma liked red birds, but now she is in Heaven."
I put the infromation about Nancy on the AUMC prayer chain. My deepest sympathy to you all!
